They are seeking a Senior D365 Functional Consultant to lead functional design and configuration for Dynamics 365 implementations, collaborate with clients, and provide post-implementation support.

Responsibilities
Lead functional design and configuration for Dynamics 365 F&O or BC implementations
Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
Deliver workshops, document business processes, and prepare functional specifications
Support system testing, user training, and go-live activities
Partner closely with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or BC) or legacy versions (AX, NAV)
Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following: Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.), Distribution / Supply Chain Management (Inventory, Warehousing, Procurement, Sales Order Processing), and Manufacturing (Production, BOMs, MRP, Shop Floor Control)
Proven success leading functional design and implementations for complex, multi-site organizations
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
