Responsibilities
Lead strategic supply chain engagements, with a focus in purchasing, strategic sourcing, planning, distribution and logistics for clients in a variety of industries, including: Medical Device & Life Sciences, Manufacturing & Distribution, Automotive, and Consumer Products
Consult with clients to identify their supply chain and operational goals, assess processes, benchmark optimal performance, recommend improvements and implement solutions
Serve as Project Manager for solution implementations
Lead practice and business development initiatives for supply chain services, including targeting key executive level individuals and identifying new client leads
Lead key pursuits, development of proposals, and closing of engagements
Build and manage client relationships and oversee and develop internal staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business-related field
8-12 years of Supply Chain Management experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Purchasing and Sourcing
Previous consulting experience required
Medical device and life sciences industry experience required
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at the functional and executive level
Frequent travel throughout the region, with up to 50% overnight travel
Preferred
MBA or Masters preferred
