Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for answering users' questions and providing timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience; 主要负责解答用户问题，提供及时且准确的支持，确保用户获得良好的体验

Possess a solid understanding of referral and rebate mechanisms to assist Referral Pro Mode members by answering their inquiries via Telegram or internal community groups; 熟悉返佣和推荐机制，通过Telegram或内部社区群帮助超级返佣成员解答疑问
