Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of PTC Windchill across the enterprise
Define Windchill data models, lifecycles, workflows, and version control strategies. Guide the team on Windchill upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
Integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems like ERP (SAP/Oracle), CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and third-party applications
Ensure adherence to PLM best practices, security policies, and compliance standards
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and system administrators
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windchill infrastructure, performance, and integrations
Stay updated on the latest PTC Windchill features and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of experience in PLM systems, with at least 5 years in PTC Windchill
Strong expertise in Windchill modules such as: PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink, Windchill Parts and Documents
Architect and design scalable Windchill PLM solutions based on business and technical requirements
