Responsibilities
Act as point of contact for all document-related communication between client, external project stakeholders, sub-vendors, and internal company team members
Reliably upload and download project files to/from project folder structure and communicating location to relevant team members
Collaboration with internal team members and sub vendors to ensure all contractual deliverables are satisfied and quality standards are met
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to create more efficient document control processes
Qualification
Required
Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures
2-4 years of document control, project management, or related experience. Associate and/or Bachelor's degree in relevant field from an accredited program is preferable
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Smartsheet's dashboards and functions
Attention to detail and effective time management skills
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in project scope & schedule, and the ability to confidently handle disagreements or conflicts related to project scheduling
Requires a sound understanding of analytical problem solving
Strong technical oral and written communication skills for a wide audience
Ability & willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with short notice as project demands require
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America
Will not require Falcon's Beyond Global, LLC to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future)
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with themed entertainment projects
Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex, and/or PM Web
Experience with Microsoft Power Tools
Preferred familiarity of construction methods and industry and ability to read architectural and construction drawings
