This role is part of a collaborative operations team responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant account setup for new and existing clients.

Responsibilities
Open and maintain client accounts by gathering documents, verifying information, and ensuring completeness
Provide quality control for onboarding and account data across bank and broker-dealer platforms
Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners to resolve onboarding issues, exceptions, and inquiries
Partner with business, product, and technology teams to enhance processes and service delivery
Support audits, risk reviews, and ensure adherence to procedures, controls, SLAs, and KPIs
Stay current on regulatory requirements (KYC/AML) and contribute to continuous process improvement
Assist with department change initiatives, including testing and implementation
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of account opening processes and AML/KYC regulations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Understanding of operational, regulatory, and market risks
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
2–3 years of operations experience in financial services (broker-dealer, bank, or RIA preferred)
