Develop implementation guidelines and reporting framework
Orchestrate cross-functional implementation programs
Manage dependencies and timelines across multiple workstream
Build business cases and defend prioritization of payments initiatives
Ensure consistent delivery approach across various initiatives
Provide clear visibility to stakeholders on multiple payments initiatives

Required

Solid Program or project management experience
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Preferred

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
Driving process improvements experience
