Campaign and Marketing Manager

The Campaign and Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading marketing management for BriteStorm sales campaigns within NATO and engaging with customers to shape and influence requirements.

Responsibilities

Secure order intake to meet forecast targets for current and future years by generating and managing a portfolio of key campaigns and opportunities
Work closely with Integrated Campaign Teams and across the wider company to lead and/or support bid activity
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, end users and industrial partners
Fulfil a critical coordination role, developing and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders including International Marketing, the Capability function, Sector IPTs and other functional areas
Utilise internal company procedures to ensure that opportunities are identified, tracked and accurately reported to senior management
Lead all marketing management for BriteStorm products
A marketing plan should be produced which aligns with the 5-year sales forecast and provide a clear understanding of where marketing can influence customer perception
A traditional and Digital engagement plan should be developed, to include but not limited to trade shows, white papers, capability briefings, LinkedIn campaigns and thought leadership articles
Marketing materials and customer deliverables (presentations, briefings, models, data sheets, website) to be fully overhauled and refreshed
Relevant sector experience and commercial knowledge. In particular, knowledge of the value of EW and Air platforms
Self-starter and highly motivated. Able to set short and long-term planning goals in line with campaign and business needs
Innovative thinker able to anticipate and overcome problems in a complex international sales environment

Required

Good understanding of both the UK and international defence and aerospace market
Understanding of the critical importance of EW in coalition operations
Excellent communication skills
Credibility when engaging with customers to help shape and influence requirements
Leadership qualities when dealing with internal stakeholders
Experience in generating and managing a portfolio of key campaigns and opportunities
Ability to work closely with Integrated Campaign Teams and support bid activity
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, end users, and industrial partners
Experience in coordinating and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders
Utilization of internal company procedures to identify, track, and report opportunities
Experience in leading marketing management for products
Ability to produce a marketing plan that aligns with sales forecasts
Experience in developing traditional and digital engagement plans
Ability to overhaul and refresh marketing materials and customer deliverables
Relevant sector experience and commercial knowledge, particularly in EW and Air platforms
Self-starter and highly motivated
