Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ME, ChE, IE, AE, Materials, EE), Physics
2 to 15 years of experience
Preferred
Experience with plastics extrusion
Manufacturing Experience
Six-sigma and Lean experience
Specific accomplishments such as scrap reduction, throughput improvements, project management, Six-Sigma projects, Lean support and process stabilization
