Industrial Account Manager

The Industrial Account Manager is responsible for generating income through product sales, maintaining positive customer relationships, and providing leadership to sales departments to enhance business growth.

Responsibilities

Calling on industrial, government, institutional and OEM customers as well as driving lighting projects
Manage the sales of products and services to account base
Develop new customer relationships
Regular end user joint calls with suppliers
Develop sales leads
Develop customer pricing strategy that enhances profitability
Quote prices and credit terms
Coordinate customer training
Investigate and resolve customer issues
Attend trade shows and meetings
Attend training as required by Capital Electric
Other duties as required

Qualification

Electrical/lighting suppliesCustomer serviceSales experience

Required

Must have experience with electrical/lighting supplies
Customer service background
2-5 years of sales experience
