Responsibilities

Contribute to the design of the annual compliance plan and help set strategic priorities in partnership with senior leadership
Monitor progress against the annual plan and prepare management updates, including year-end reporting
Review and refresh committee and working group charters annually, supporting the establishment of new forums where appropriate
Draft, revise, and maintain procedures that capture core governance processes
Maintain compliance department organizational charts and track open positions
Compile headcount and hiring data to aid informed staffing decisions
Provide monthly reporting to Finance and headquarters on headcount projections
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline or automate headcount tracking
Support the yearly staffing needs review by coordinating data collection, performing analysis, engaging stakeholders, and preparing materials for management presentations
Assist with the annual budget process, aligning expense planning with risk priorities, new initiatives, and strategic objectives
Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as needed

Required

Experience in compliance governance and program management
Strong analytical skills to monitor progress against compliance plans
Ability to draft, revise, and maintain governance procedures
Experience in maintaining organizational charts and tracking staffing data
Proficiency in preparing management updates and year-end reporting
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Experience in coordinating data collection and performing analysis for staffing needs
Familiarity with budget processes and aligning expenses with strategic objectives
Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and prepare management presentations
