Developing and monitoring compliance with accounting and reporting policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Analyzing proposed accounting standards
Assisting in the development of the Corporation’s positions on emerging accounting and reporting matters
Qualification
Required
CPA
10+ years of Big 4 or Big 4/Corp. Mix experience
Experience with ASC 842
Experience with ASC 805
Experience with ASC 606
Experience with ASC 360
Preferred
