Responsibilities

Play a critical role in supporting our clients' legal departments by managing and coordinating various aspects of in-house litigation

Perform paralegal work including conducting legal research, preparing documents, and assisting with case management

Prepare, organize, and manage case files and documentation

Required

Minimum of 6 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with substantial experience gained in both law firm settings and a large corporate in-house environment

Strong understanding of litigation processes and proceedings

Proficient in using legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines

Experience doing case/matter management work

Strong e-discovery experience
