Responsibilities
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, focusing on AR transactions
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank and internal records
Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Cash Management teams
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain accurate reconciliation documentation for compliance
Contribute to process improvements and finance transformation projects
Qualification
Required
1–3 years' experience in accounting, bank reconciliation, or finance
Strong processing skills with excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with financial systems and tools
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work accurately under deadlines
Proactive, adaptable, and confident with change
Preferred
Experience in the veterinary sector
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud-based systems
Background in working within a controls environment
