Responsibilities

Design, develop, and remediate accessible documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, InDesign exports, G Suite formats, etc.) following WCAG 2.1 and PDF/UA standards

Create and implement interactive PDFs and learning materials with accessible navigation, tagging structure, alternative text, reading order, and form fields

Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure accessibility is integrated from concept to delivery

Conduct accessibility testing using screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS), color contrast analyzers, and validation software (e.g., PAC 3, CommonLook)

Provide training and guidance to internal teams on accessible design and content creation workflows
