Responsibilities

As a Fall Protection Engineer you will survey, test and install a variety of height safe equipment

Possess excellent customer service skills in fulfilling the needs of our clients

You will work efficiently whilst upholding health and safety standards through proficient use of risk and method statements

Assist with mentoring support operatives through their height safety training

Confident with Installing height safety equipment

Supporting with pre-tender site surveys providing technical design input to the Estimating team when needed

Proficient in completing test and inspection reports detailing any further works needed for legislative compliance

Required

Experience within the height safety industry

A flexible approach to work with the ability to travel and lodge away from home when required

Valid full UK driving licence

Self-starter keen to get the job done

Ability to use own initiative

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum 2 years' experience with installation, test and repair of height safety systems, including; cable based fall protection systems, abseiling points, Davit Arms / sockets, guard rails, eye bolts and fixed ladders
