Responsibilities
Assist with the various integrations used with REBA platform
Ensure data accuracy through specific data validation processes
Support internal teams with advanced research and support of the REBA platform
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data-related issues efficiently to ensure seamless data integration and system performance
Collaborate with internal teams as well as customers on the resolution of data-related questions
Document technical procedures and solutions for future troubleshooting
Utilize scripting, SQL, and data querying languages to analyze data for issue resolution
Evaluate and resolve customer/internal technical questions tied to product configuration, performance, or data related questions
Ensure positive customer experiences for all REBA customers
Qualification
Required
SQL Server Database and Warehousing experience
Strong organization/project management skills
Microsoft Office with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
Property Management Systems (Yardi, Entrata, MRI, etc.)
Revenue Management Systems
Business Intelligence or Reporting Systems (PMS or third-party systems)
Data/Technology-related Project oversight
Experience working with Power BI or any other Business Intelligence platforms
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage changing priorities
Experience working in collaborative settings with both technical and non-technical personnel
Preferred
Experience in multifamily housing
