Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting activities for multiple commercial assets
Review general ledger activity and prepare accruals and adjusting journal entries
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial statement analyses
Partner with business leaders on cash flow forecasting
Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end workpapers and reporting packages
Assist with annual GAAP financial statements and audit support
Participate in budgeting and quarterly forecasting
Develop reporting templates (Excel) and support process/technology improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3+ years of real estate accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Preferred
CPA is a plus!
Public experience highly preferred
