The role involves servicing assigned Commercial Lines accounts and providing accurate and courteous service to clients, while working as part of the Commercial Lines team.

Responsibilities
Receive, document and process all insured’s requests for service
Be point of contact for clients daily needs
Prepare and assist with all renewals and new business quotations
Be informed of new policies, coverage’s, etc., available to our agency and insured’s in order to provide proper coverage’s at competitive prices
Keep producers fully informed on all-important activities on their accounts
Work with producers in reviewing and placing new business and re marketing existing business
Enter application data into various insurance carrier quoting systems
Be able to work in a team environment yet be self motivated to handle your own workload
Maintain customer files and activity in our agency management system (Applied EPIC)
Prepare proposals as requested
Issue Certificates of Insurance
Applied EPIC management software experience is a plus
Qualification
Required
Current P&C Insurance License
2+ years experience in commercial insurance
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent computer skills
Excellent MS Office skills
Teamwork skills
Attention to detail
Ability to follow documentation procedures within our management system
Be able to be in office at least 4 days per week to start
Preferred
Applied EPIC management software experience is a plus
Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus
