Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid)
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks
Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and DXC delivery standards
Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools
Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and phase gate reviews
Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the SAP practice
Ensure compliance with industry standards and DXC’s governance frameworks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
7+ years of SAP project management experience, including 3 or more major SAP implementations
Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA projects in manufacturing environments
Experience in projects transforming SAP systems from ECC to S/4
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow)
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel to customer locations as required
Preferred
PMP and SAP Activate Project Manager certification
Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Signavio, and SAP Business Technology Platform
Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or relevant cloud certifications
Experience in managing multi-country or multi-vendor projects
