Responsibilities
Own the design, testing, and implementation of endpoint deployment strategies for new client onboarding and enterprise rollouts
Act as a technical SME to support sales engagements, demonstrating deployment capabilities that build client confidence and enable growth opportunities
Architect and implement endpoint deployment solutions leveraging SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot that integrate into client IT environments, balancing scalability, security, and user experience
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting
Develop new automation frameworks and advanced scripts; maintain scripting standards across deployment teams
Provide escalation-level support for endpoint hardware and operating systems (Windows, Apple, Android) during deployment and client onboarding
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and MDM platform issues, escalating when necessary
Document client-specific imaging procedures, QA standards, and escalation paths; maintain centralized repository of documentation; author & standardize documentation
Train and guide junior technicians on customer-specific deployment procedures and compliance requirements
Partner with network administrators and vendors to troubleshoot infrastructure and device management issues
Collaborate with sales and solutions teams during the SOW phase to scope client requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure a seamless transition from proposal to implementation
Participate in planning and executing hardware rollouts, lifecycle management, and device refresh projects
Identify risks, escalate concerns, and recommend solutions to maintain quality and security standards
Standardize onboarding and deployment processes to reduce implementation timelines and increase client satisfaction, directly supporting revenue retention and expansion
Support continuous improvement by developing repeatable processes, procedures, and KPIs for deployment operations
Maintain confidentiality and protect client and company data in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements
Implement endpoint compliance baselines, patching strategies, and conditional access policies
Qualification
Required
Expertise in SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
Advanced working knowledge of Windows platforms
Intermediate knowledge of Apple, Android, and other MDM platforms
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous client support and project participation experience
Ability to translate client business requirements into technical deployment strategies
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
4+ years of IT field experience
Demonstrated experience in endpoint deployment and device lifecycle management
Advanced knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and endpoint management platforms
Familiarity with network technologies as they pertain to endpoint connectivity and security
Preferred
Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or Microsoft 365 certifications strongly preferred
CompTIA A+ or equivalent baseline certification required
Experience with physical device repair and hardware certifications (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Toshiba, etc.) is a plus
