Maintaining accurate records
Communicating with customers as well as other professionals to facilitate smooth loan transactions
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in reviewing and preparing Loan Documents and managing all aspects of Loan Processing
In-depth knowledge of Loans and experience with Underwriting procedures
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members
Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with loan processing software and other relevant technology
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment, with reliable problem-solving skills
Associate degree or equivalent experience in finance, business administration, or a related field
Preferred
Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly beneficial
