Responsibilities
Advise publicly traded companies with respect to federal securities laws, public and private securities offerings, stock exchange listings and compliance, and general corporate governance matters
Have experience with venture finance transactions and/or with respect to mergers and acquisitions
Qualification
Required
Three to five years of large law firm experience
Excellent academic credentials
Experience relevant to advising publicly traded companies with respect to federal securities laws
Experience with public and private securities offerings
Experience with stock exchange listings and compliance
Experience with general corporate governance matters
Active bar membership
Preferred
Experience with venture finance transactions
Experience with mergers and acquisitions
