Responsibilities

Work closely with individuals and families to understand the clients’ priorities and goals and their intentions for the legacies they wish to achieve
Draft estate planning documents and administer estates
Demonstrate superior writing and research abilities, along with strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax matters

Capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong interest in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
