Responsibilities
Design plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary/vent, storm, gas, specialty piping)
Perform plumbing calculations (pipe sizing, pressure loss, pumps, fixture units)
Produce coordinated plumbing drawings, risers, and specifications in Revit/AutoCAD
Coordinate with architecture and other MEP disciplines for integrated system layouts
Support construction with submittal reviews, site visits, and field issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Experience in plumbing system design (domestic water, sanitary/vent, storm, gas, specialty piping)
Ability to perform plumbing calculations (pipe sizing, pressure loss, pumps, fixture units)
Proficiency in producing coordinated plumbing drawings, risers, and specifications in Revit/AutoCAD
Experience in coordinating with architecture and other MEP disciplines for integrated system layouts
Ability to support construction with submittal reviews, site visits, and field issue resolution
