Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the SAP software ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe, CALM, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP AI

Build and grow relationships with partners that provide tooling and services for SAP S/4HANA implementations, such as smartShift, IBIS, EPI-USE labs, SNP, Syniti, and others

Understand the tools and services offered by SAP and each partner and know when to use them to deliver successful SAP S/4HANA assessments and implementations

Collaborate with partners to develop and deliver joint solutions and services that meet the needs of our clients

Work with our sales team to identify and qualify leads, providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle

Develop and deliver solution proposals that incorporate the appropriate tools and services from our partners

Provide advisory services to clients on the use of SAP S/4HANA and related tools and services

Utilize knowledge of SAP and partner tooling/services to help run end-to-end assessments for moving to S/4HANA, including: Conducting workshops and discovery sessions to understand client requirements and pain points, Analyzing client data and systems to identify potential roadblocks and areas for improvement, Developing and presenting recommendations for S/4HANA implementation, including the use of partner tooling and services, Collaborating with clients to develop a tailored roadmap for S/4HANA adoption

Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SAP technologies and services, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team

Contribute to the development of internal training materials and knowledge bases related to SAP solutions and services

Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of SAP solutions and service

Required

10+ years of experience in SAP gained in a consulting capacity, with a deep understanding of the SAP software ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Business AI

5+ years of experience working with partners that provide tooling and services for SAP S/4HANA implementations, such as smartShift, IBIS, EPI-USE labs, SNP, Syniti, and others

Must have been through at least two end-to-end S/4 transformation programs with one completing in the last 12 months, in the role of either Enterprise / Solution / Technical Architect, Program or Project manager or Technical / Functional lead

Strong client-facing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Proven ability to build and grow relationships with partners and clients

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong client-facing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust

SAP certifications related to S/4HANA Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Signavio, LeanIX, BTP, and SAP Business AI are highly desirable
