Responsibilities
Quarterly preparation of the income tax provision under ASC 740 including:
Calculating the tax provision under ASC 740
Gathering inputs from accounting and finance stakeholders
Assisting with questions from external auditors
Preparation of management reporting summaries
Preparation of the SEC disclosures
US Tax compliance management:
Working with third party service providers to facilitate the US income tax returns
Gathering PBC requests for third party preparers
Reviewing tax returns prepared by third party
Reviewing and managing quarterly estimated tax payments
General tax items:
Cash tax forecasting
Research new income tax laws applicable to Angi
Review foreign income tax returns for return to provision adjustments
Ad hoc income tax related projects
Qualification
Required
4+ years of work experience in corporate income tax
Bachelor's degree in accounting
CPA or Masters Degree in Account / Tax
Preferred
Big 4 experience preferred
Corptax experience preferred
