Responsibilities
Innovative design and analysis of enhancements
Deliver code based on sprint commitments
Actively participate in discussions, coding, and testing
Develop core web application changes using JAVA and XSL
Present application enhancements to team
Collaborate with Tech Leads to align on design strategy that will achieve business goals of the user story while ensuring technical integrity
Creative thinking and proposing solutions to grow our business by delighting our clients
Qualification
Required
Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Software Engineering, or related field
Familiarity with building services in a distributed architecture
Knowledge of Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Object-Oriented Programming
Experience with Linux, Git, or other version control systems, and Agile Development Methodology
Highly motivated, innovative, self-directed thinker with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with current trends
Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Fresh graduates welcome!
Relevant non-college experience in software development is also highly valued
Professional, coursework, or project experience in building services in a distributed architecture is a plus
Experience with React, XML, and Relational Databases (Oracle) is a bonus
Whether through professional work, academic projects, or self-learning, we're interested in experience with Linux, Git, or other version control systems, and Agile Development Methodology

Effective teamwork and clear communication are key, whether you've learned this in school or on the job
Bonus: Experience with Atlassian tools is a plus if you've dabbled with these, but no worries if not!
