Responsibilities
Lead the creative direction and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop compelling visual concepts
Oversee the production of creative assets, including digital, print, and multimedia materials
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
