Qualification
Required
Operate at Director-level or above
Bring experience in strategy, operations, consulting, transformation, or commercial leadership
Value autonomy, strategic impact, and performance-based reward

Are comfortable with a performance-based compensation model
Proven experience in business strategy, management consulting, operations, project leadership, commercial leadership, or transformation
