Responsibilities
Join our Labor & Employment practice group
Have a minimum of two years of experience in employment litigation, including, for example, single-plaintiff cases, wage and hour and other class-action lawsuits, internal investigations, restrictive covenant litigation, and/or arbitrations
Have experience briefing motions, propounding and responding to discovery, including ESI discovery
Possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of large law firm experience
Minimum of two years of experience in employment litigation
Experience in single-plaintiff cases, wage and hour and other class-action lawsuits, internal investigations, restrictive covenant litigation, and/or arbitrations
Experience briefing motions
Experience propounding and responding to discovery, including ESI discovery
Excellent academic credentials
Strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills
Active Pennsylvania Bar membership
Preferred
Significant non-employment litigation experience
