Growth Lead
Harmonic is a startup discovery engine that helps venture capital firms find and invest in promising startups. The Growth Lead will own the execution engine that generates qualified sales conversations and is crucial for the company's continued business growth.

Responsibilities
Own growth across markets, including targets, budget, levers, and results
Design and test new GTM motions, including the entire activation media mix
Build repeatable campaign playbooks for product launches and feature releases
Partner with engineering and onboarding teams to improve conversion funnels and maximize user activation
Work closely with the rest of our team and CEO to make investment decisions as we balance speed of growth and long-term profitability
Qualification
Required
~5 years of experience in growth/marketing, but more importantly a track record of owning measurable outcomes
Demonstrated ability to run and evaluate experiments across multiple growth channels (referral programs, outbound, content, etc.)
Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
A desire to work in person. Most of our NYC team comes in person every day to our new office located in Flatiron
