Responsibilities
Design domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, natural gas, and medical gas systems for various facility types
Produce plumbing design drawings using Revit software
Conduct field investigations to assess existing conditions and gather project data
Ensure quality control, scheduling, and delivery of plumbing design documents
Coordinate and communicate effectively with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams
Perform pipe sizing, pressure loss calculations, equipment selection, and code compliance analysis
Qualification
Required
You have +6 years of experience in plumbing design and construction for healthcare, education, hospitality, and other commercial projects
Proficiency in Revit
Demonstrated experience coordinating design with multiple disciplines and stakeholders
Solid understanding of plumbing systems layout, fixture selection, and equipment specifications
Proficiency performing flow calculations, pipe routing, and fixture unit counts
Familiar with applicable plumbing codes (IPC, UPC), accessibility guidelines, and water/energy efficiency standards
