Responsibilities

Use AI agents to interpret, generate memoranda, and monitor changes to key rules, guidance, and enforcement trends
Employ AI tools to assist clients in policy mapping, control testing, and reporting
Conduct efficient research on statutes, no-action letters, and rule proposals through AI-enabled document parsing
Draft memos, compliance manuals, and regulatory reports enhanced by AI-generated first drafts and validation tools
Provide legal feedback to optimize how AI agents assist with regulatory interpretation and compliance automation

Qualification

Juris Doctor (JD)Regulatory compliance experienceSecurities regulationAnalytical skillsInterest in AIWriting skills

Required

Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
4-7 years in a regulatory, compliance, or financial services practice
Exceptional analytical and writing skills
Interest in how AI and automation transform compliance workflows
No prior technical AI experience required

Preferred

Experience with securities, broker-dealer, or investment adviser regulation
