Responsibilities

Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings
Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms in documents, and generate client-facing memos of complex due diligence materials
Integrate AI agents into workflow management, signing and closing checklists, and coordination with counterparties
Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and deal velocity
Work closely with the technology teams to continue to make the deal process even more efficient using AI

Qualification

Juris Doctor (JD)Venture capital experiencePrivate equity transactionsDocument draftingCommunication skillsInterest in technologyAttention to detail

Required

Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
4-7 years of experience in venture capital and private equity capital markets transactions
Strong drafting and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail
Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows
No prior AI or technical experience required
