Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable people strategies
Provide consultative guidance on organizational health, workforce planning, and talent optimization to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence
Lead talent review processes, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
Coach and develop our leaders to strengthen team effectiveness, decision making and talent management capabilities
Drive organizational transformation by designing structures that support business strategy
Lead change management efforts during periods of growth, restructuring, or cultural evolution
Ensure smooth execution while maintaining employee engagement and productivity
Champion initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, and employee engagement
Use employee feedback and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the employee experience
Oversee the execution of core HR programs including performance management cycles, and employee relations
Ensure consistent application of policies while providing flexibility to meet unique business needs
Leverage people analytics and metrics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform strategic recommendations
Present insights to leadership that drive evidence-based decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree required
15+ years of progressive HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment with at least 3 years supporting Sales leadership
Deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management
Experience leading through organizational transformation and scaling initiatives
Excellent executive presence, communication, and influencing skills
Strong coaching and advisory skills, comfortable challenging managers with empathy and clarity
Data driven, systems-oriented, and constantly improving processes

Master's degree preferred
