The Senior Digital Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of software projects within the nuclear industry, driving planning, coordination, and execution while collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Project management of technical scopes related to software delivery projects, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to quality expectations

Manage internal teams and subcontractors (if applicable), coordinating resources, resolving blockers, and ensuring smooth execution across engineering, product, and vendor partners

Develop, track, and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, and forecasts using modern project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Projects, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet)

Proactively identify and manage project risks, analyze solutions, resolve issues, and implement risk mitigation plans

Act as the primary communication interface between internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendor partners, providing clear project reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Promote an AI-first mindset by identifying opportunities to leverage automation, data insights, and AI-powered tools to improve delivery efficiency, decision-making, and client outcomes

Foster a collaborative team environment by providing coaching, clear expectations, and ongoing support, ensuring teams are aligned, empowered, and accountable to delivery outcomes
