Responsibilities
Collaborate with Producers to identify prospective clients and uncover new business opportunities
Follow up on sales calls to nurture leads and keep the conversation going
Maintain and update a prospect database to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks
Secure appointments for Producers with potential clients, paving the way for successful partnerships
Provide Producers with the sales support they need to close deals and grow the business
Develop a deep understanding of potential clients and the insurance brokerage industry while honing your telemarketing expertise
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
2 years experience
Good working knowledge of potential clients and the insurance brokerage business
Preferred
A passion for connecting with people and building relationships
Strong communication skills that make you stand out
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to succeed
Organizational skills to manage and maintain a prospect database effectively
A willingness to learn and grow in the insurance brokerage industry
