Responsibilities

Work as part of a team performing facility evaluations by applying engineering standards, practices, and techniques
Visually evaluating the architectural/MEP building systems, gathering data, and noting any deficient conditions
Upload gathered data into the clients CMMS system
Support our global facilities assessment work

Qualification

Required

Must have at least 12+ years of relevant work experience
Must be US Citizen
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required
Proficiency in the application of engineering and architectural design standards, practices, and technique
Requires a working knowledge of commercial construction codes and their application to existing facilities
Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to walk for long periods (6 to 8 hours/day) and climb ladders

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (or related field is preferred)
Mechanical or electrical expertise preferred
