Responsibilities

Design and execute high-volume outbound campaigns (cold email, calling, LinkedIn) to book meetings and close deals
Iterate on positioning and messaging. You will determine who the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) is and how to sell to them
Set up and optimize the sales infrastructure (CRM, Sales Ops, funnel metrics) using modern tools like Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot
Channel feedback from the front lines back to the engineering team to influence product strategy

Required

3-5 years in GTM, Lead Generation, or B2B SaaS sales (full-cycle AE or high-performing SDR ready to step up)
You have founder ambitions or previous entrepreneurial experience. You treat the company's money and time like your own
Familiarity with next-gen sales tools like Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot is highly desired. You love experimenting with new channels
Experience selling to Professional Services (Law firms, Financial Advisors, CPA firms, etc.) is a massive advantage
Experience selling AI, automation, or productivity tools is preferred
You are a strong writer. You know how to craft cold emails that get opened and responses that convert
