Mid LevelSIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Support Engineer specializing in GenAI Agents and MCP Servers. The role involves developing and supporting AI agents for enterprise automation and troubleshooting MCP servers, while ensuring system performance and availability.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support AI agents for enterprise automation and workflow orchestration
Build, configure, and troubleshoot MCP servers and custom tools for LLM-based applications
Integrate agents with enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and backend services
Monitor system performance, logs, and tool interactions to ensure high availability
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Python for tool and agent development
Hands-on knowledge of MCP framework, tool schema design, and server creation
Understanding of LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex)
Experience with API integration, JSON schemas, and backend services
Familiarity with Docker, basic DevOps, and deployment processes
Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work directly with customers onsite
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
