Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and shape end-to-end CGC solutions
Lead retail execution project
Facilitate discovery sessions and executive workshops to align goals and platform strategy
Own the design of scalable, secure Salesforce architectures across CGC and core clouds
Produce architecture artifacts such as diagrams, documentation, and integration specs
Translate business needs into technical designs and evaluate solution alternatives
Oversee the full lifecycle from scoping to deployment and post-launch support
Manage scope, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
Qualification
Required
5+ years in consulting, professional services, or similar roles
2+ years hands-on with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
1+ Retail Execution project working on the new data model
Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds and data models
Excellent communication skills and executive presence
Skilled in navigating complex organizations and driving decision-making
Preferred
Salesforce CGC Accredited Professional
