Responsibilities
Ensure regional staff is organized and staff is fully utilized
Provide guidance and oversight to regional Senior Engineers on new business initiatives
Develop ongoing support of the organization
Share resources to keep best staff in front of the client
Review and develop/approve financial reporting on monthly/quarterly basis
Lead the execution of continued growth, development and mentoring of Staff
Provide technical expertise and guidance on large and/or complicated projects within all regions
Ensure quality control of projects to allow for best possible product to be presented to the client
Proposal generation and review as required
Relationship management with new and/or strategic clients
Any special projects as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree
10+ years Engineering Experience, including 8 years of management experience
Proven track record and excellent customer relation skills
Strong Communication Skills
Excellent Coach and Mentor skills
Strong financial and analytical skills
Ability to present in front of a group of people
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be physically fit and capable of lifting at least 30 pounds and climbing ladders
Travel required
