Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large mechanical and HVAC projects
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, submittals, procurement, and installation activities
Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, and owners to ensure successful delivery
Manage field teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
Drive cost control, forecasting, and change management
Mentor project engineers and junior project managers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management
Proven success managing data center or mission-critical mechanical projects
Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems design and installation
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
Preferred
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
