Saransh Inc is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Solution Architect to design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions. This role involves closely working with customers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with best practices across multiple modules.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand business challenges and map them to ServiceNow capabilities
Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution presentations
Define roadmaps for multi-module ServiceNow adoption and maturity
Lead design and configuration across multiple ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to: IRM/GRC – Policy, Risk, Audit, Compliance, HRSD – Employee Center, Lifecycle Events
Define and enforce platform governance and development standards
Provide technical and functional guidance to junior consultants and developers
Review solution designs and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability
Support practice leadership in building accelerators, reusable components, and best practices

Required

CMDB modules
ServiceNow architecture
Scoped apps
ITIL, Agile and enterprise service delivery processes
Proven expertise in at least 3–4 major ServiceNow modules, with exposure to most others
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, integrations (REST/SOAP, MID server), and ATF
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades, scoped apps, and custom app development
Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and enterprise service delivery processes
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

Preferred

CSA – Certified System Administrator
CIS in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SAM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, SecOps (Preferred)
CAD – Certified Application Developer
