Responsibilities
This position will be required to learn and assist all required machines and support 17’’ winder equipment set ups
Mechanical skills to operate, set up, and trouble shoot equipment as required will also be needed
Ability to operate cutter
This team member will also be required to perform machine preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment related to the carpet yarn line
The technician position will require proficiency level to operate machine on a substitute basis
Ability to document and maintain machine log. Reporting of quality measures
Qualification
Required
Must be willing to work overtime when needed
Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success
Proven record of success in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with various teams
Good eye to spot defects in the packing line
Personal hands-on and analytical abilities
Organizational skills
