Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Oversee supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics to ensure seamless operations
Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational activities with overall business objectives
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments to optimize workflows
Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support operational success

Required

Prior experience in management or leadership roles, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial management

Strong understanding of supply chain management, process optimization, and quality control
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
