Responsibilities
Prepare and file individual and business tax returns using ATX software
Manage bookkeeping tasks including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
Maintain and update records in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and ensure compliance
Support the firm’s transition planning and assume increasing responsibilities over time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
Internship or practical experience in tax preparation is strongly desired
Familiarity with ATX tax software and QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Interest in long-term growth and potential partnership within the firm
