Responsibilities

Conducts annual market analysis, to evaluate physician and APP trends regarding compensation, verifying consistent approaches with internal equity and external competitiveness, while developing, communicating, and overseeing incentive metrics align with the IDNs strategic goals

Prepares contract offers, renewals, and amendments, confirming accuracy in compensation structure, incentive plans and terms

Collaborates with Legal, Finance, and Compliance to verify all contracts adhere to applicable regulations (e.g., Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and IDN policies)

Tracks and maintains all contracts, renewals, and term expirations, ensuring a timely and swift review and execution, while supporting Finance and Accounting teams with interpreting terms and payment procedures to ensure accurate pay is administered to providers

Partners with leadership to communicate contract status, amendments, and compliance requirements to key IDN stakeholders

Works with IDN operational leaders and clinicians to define, monitor, and report on performance and quality metrics tied into incentive programs

Participates in continuous improvement of the contracting and analytic processes, aiming to advance efficiency, compensation transparency, and accuracy of data

Receives and responds to inquiries from physicians and APPs regarding compensation and contract terms, providing exceptional service while maintaining confidentiality
