Director, F&I Product Strategy & Growth

Newcoast Financial is focused on enhancing the Finance & Insurance (F&I) product portfolio for MarineMax and Newcoast. The Director, F&I Product Strategy & Growth will lead strategy and execution across various channels to maximize product penetration, improve customer experience, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Actively embrace and promote our mission, vision and values, serving as a role model for the team
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to improve F&I product penetration, mix, and overall profitability across MarineMax Retail & Newcoast Finance
Partner with Regional Finance Directors and Business Managers to implement best-in-class sales processes, menu strategies, and training programs
Manage quarterly product reviews to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and deploy correction action plans
Lead integration of new products and pricing strategics, including dynamic pricing, bundling, and digital sales tools
Lead the growth of Newcoast’s F&I product agency, including dealer acquisition, onboarding, product training, and performance management
Build and refine a scalable agency operating model with clear KPI’s, reporting, and compensation alignment
Partner with Brown & Brown and other underwriters/providers to enhance product design, compliance, and competitive positioning
Oversee the Customer Care after-sales F&I business, driving increased product sales throughout company
Create and scale lifecycle engagement strategies including digital outreach, automated campaigns, and post-purchase follow-up processes
Implement new tools and workflows that make it easier for customers to buy production products after delivery
Drive product innovation by identifying new marketing opportunities, gaps in current offerings, and emerging customer needs
Own the product roadmap, pricing strategy, and competitive benchmarking across marine, RV, and adjacent industries
Ensure all products meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements across all states
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to execute leadership as directed
Establish a high-performance, people-first environment that supports engagement, collaboration, and long-term retention
Proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues while upholding the highest professional and ethical standards
Ensure adherence to all company, state and federal laws governing financing, insurance and consumer protection
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support organizational objectives

Required

Experience in leading performance, profitability, and growth of Finance & Insurance (F&I) product portfolios
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies to improve F&I product penetration and profitability
Experience partnering with Regional Finance Directors and Business Managers to implement sales processes and training programs
Experience managing product reviews to evaluate performance and deploy corrective action plans
Experience leading integration of new products and pricing strategies
Experience in dealer acquisition, onboarding, product training, and performance management
Ability to build and refine scalable agency operating models with clear KPIs and reporting
Experience partnering with underwriters/providers to enhance product design and compliance
